*1 Hr Aerial Hoop Class Held Every Saturday

*This is a (4) Week Aerial Hoop Series!

*Each WEEK You will Grow in a New Area of Skills!

*WEAR LEGGING & SOCKS TO EVERY CLASS.

Students will learn Beautiful Hoop choreography while also learning how to gracefully maneuver inside, around and underneath our Circular Aerial Hoops!

 

 Prior Aerial Hoop Training IS NOT required.

4 Week Series Includes:

Warm-Up, Beginner Hoop Training, Beginner Poses,

Beginner Hoop Tricks, Transition Training,

Hoop Choreography & Cool-Down

What to Wear:

Please wear Leggings & a pair of Socks ).

Remove Jewelry that can get caught

OR snagged the hoop.

Will be held Every Tuesday Night from 6:30pm-7:15pm

*This class is included in the Updated Studio Memberships from October 2023 and onward.

*Single Class fee is $25 for Non-Studio Members.

What if I miss a class?

You will be able to get the moves & training missed during your next class.

What if I can not Start the first Day of class?

If you miss the 1st week, we can get you in on the 2nd week of training, however, this must be cleared with the instructor and you will be given your missed week of training (from the first week).

How much Weight does the hoop Hold?

The Hoop Holds 1000 Lbs+ of Weight.

Is Training Hoop Hard?

Training hoop is just like training anything else for the 1st time. You will find somethings challenging and some things you will find rewarding. However, each week will get more rewarding as you see yourself get stronger and more fluid on the hoop:)
