Newbie Pole is a 1 Hour Pole Dancing Class specifically designed for the complete beginner & students at the beginner Pole dance level! Wipe this one off your Bucket List and learn Basic Pole Dance Technique, Flow Sequences & Mini Pole Dance Choreography.

Pole Choreography
This class is dance Choreography performed on the Pole. Pole Choreography is great for all levels. Learn to flow, spin, pose, and perform beautiful collective movements with pole conditioning, and warm-up before routine is taught in class.

*Please do not apply lotions or oils to your body prior to taking class.

Flying Pole
This pole dance class is super special as it offers a workout like no other! Our Flying Poles actually FLY AROUND, therefore, You will build incredible strength and stamina with each class. MUST BE A MEMBER OF POLE UNIVERSITY with prior approval from instructor to take this class.
