This pole dance class is super special as it offers a workout like no other! You will build strength with each class. MUST BE A MEMBER OF POLE UNIVERSITY/ OR YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN ATLEAST (8) NEWBIE POLE CLASSES BEFORE TAKING THIS CLASS.

Pole Choreography
This class is dance Choreography performed on the Pole. Pole Choreography is great for all levels. You will learn to flow, spin, pose, and perform beautiful collective movements with pole conditioning, and warm-up before routine is taught in class.
*NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. (Heels Optional)
*Please do not apply lotions or oils to your body prior to taking class.
*Shorts are the Best option, however Leggings may also be worn.
Newbie Pole
Newbie Pole is a 1 Hour Pole Dancing Class specifically designed for the complete beginner! There is NO EXPERIENCE for this class so come through & wipe this one off your Bucket List! You'll learn Basic Pole Dance Technique & Mini Pole Dance Choreo during this class.
