Have you ever thought about trying pole dance classes? Maybe you’re worried you’re not “strong enough", "coordinated enough", or "just not sure what to expect". This 4-week beginner series is designed exactly for you.
In a supportive, judgment-free space, you’ll learn the foundations of pole dance step by step — from basic spins and transitions to body awareness, flow, and confidence. Each week, you’ll discover how strong, capable, and empowered you already are.
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up for yourself, celebrating what your body can do, and having fun while you do it. You’ll be guided by a welcoming instructor and surrounded by others who are also starting their journey — no experience, no specific body type, and no fancy dance background required.
By the end of the series, you’ll surprise yourself with how far you’ve come — and maybe even fall in love with the movement, community, and confidence pole dance brings.
