Class Attire:
Wear comfortable workout attire that allows your skin to grip the pole. Shorts and a tank top or sports bra are recommended.
You can also bring heels if you'd like to explore dancing with them, but they're not required for beginners.
No Experience Needed:
This class is tailored for beginners, so no prior dance or fitness experience is required.
Our instructors will adapt the pace to match the group's skill level.
